Where can I park at the InterContinental Minneapolis - St. Paul Airport hotel?
We offer Valet parking for $45 a night and we also have a self-parking ramp and that is $29 a night.
How do I validate my Parking?
If you are utilizing the spa, please go the reception desk and they can give you validation.
If you are utilizing our restaurants, you have 2 hours complimentary in the ramp. You can stop by the front desk an receive your validation.
If you are using our Park and Fly, the parking rate will be added to your room. You can stop by the front desk to receive the validation to exit the ramp.
If you are coming for a group, you can either pay at the front desk or pay at the pay station.
How much is parking if I am just coming in to eat at the restaurant?
We offer 2-hour validation for people who come in to eat at one of the restaurants. If you stop by the front desk on your way out, they will validate your ticket.
Does the InterContinental Minneapolis - St. Paul Airport hotel allow pets?
We are a pet friendly hotel, we allow up to two pets per room with no weight limit. We do charge a nonrefundable $50 per pet, and if there is any deep cleaning that needs to happen, we may charge a $250 cleaning fee.
Can I pay with cash for my reservation?
All hotel guest will need a credit card or Debit card upon check in that will authorize for the full amount of the room as well as our $100 incidental, at checkout you can switch your payment to cash.
Do you have a shuttle to the Mall of America?
We do not offer a shuttle to the Mall of America. The hotel is a one block from the light rail station that is located in the new airport blue ramp. Skip the worry of finding a parking spot at the Mall of America. The light rail brings you right inside the Mall of America.
Do you offer Park and Fly Rates?
We do have a park and fly package that you can book for your reservation, please call the hotel and we can give you the exact rate for the days you are looking.
How old do you have to be to check into the hotel?
All registered hotel guest must be 18 years or older to check in.
Do you have any hotel rooms that are feather free?
If you let the front desk know before you check in, we would be happy to accommodate this request for you.
How do you get to the rental car return from the hotel?
Exit the hotel parking lot through the round-a-bout, follow the return to terminal signs, you will want to be in the far-right lane, follow the signs for rental car return.
How do you get to the Hotel from the rental car area?
By car: follow exit signs for airport-stay in left lane-entrance to hotel is on the left.
Walking: From terminal 2- go to the hotel/taxi cab/shuttle p/u area and call hotel to schedule a pick-up. From terminal 1- leave blue ramp via walkway into gold ramp where ground transportation is located. Go to hotel/taxi cab/ shuttle p/u area-you will head to the side closest to the super shuttles-look for the sign with the Intercontinental logo on it.
Would I be able to mail any items to the hotel, if so what would information is needed to do so?
Yes, you would be able to mail it to us. Please ensure that you clearly label your name so we can alert your reservation, and we will have it waiting for you at the desk upon your check-in.
Is there a way that I can have someone else pay for my room if they are not going to be present?
Yes, we would have to send over a credit card authorization form, you would then fill it out and send it back over. We then would call back to confirm the information as well as get the full credit card number.
How far away are you from the Minneapolis/Saint Paul downtown areas?
It generally takes 10-15 minutes for either. However, going to Minneapolis can take a longer at times with the amount of traffic.
Where can I get food from at the InterContinental Minneapolis - St. Paul Airport hotel?
We have two restaurants at the hotel, our La Voya restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is open every day from 6AM until 10PM.
We also have our Bradstreet Crafts House Restaurant, and they are open every day from 3pm until Midnight.
We also have our coffee shop that is open from 6AM until 1PM, you can purchase snacks anytime from the front desk.
We also have in room dining that is available 24hours through our in-room dinning.
What other Amenities does the InterContinental Minneapolis - St. Paul Airport hotel offer?
We have a fitness center that guests can access 24 hours a day. Additionally, we have a business center that is available 24 hours for all guest.
Would I be able to set up an amenity for a guest and have it placed in their room prior to arrival?
Yes, we would be to do that, we would just need to know what kind of amenity whether it be food or beverage and the approximate arrival time of the guest.
What in-house services will you be offering to guests?
Outside of our dining outlets, we have a TSA checkpoint available on the 3rd floor with direct access to concourse C in the airport.
Do you have private dining spaces, if so how many people could they accommodate?
We do have one private space that could hold up to twelve people. However, for larger groups we can position them in one area of our main restaurant. If that does not meet your requirements, we could place you in one of our banquet spaces through our sales department.
Would I be able to order food from one of the other outlets to my room?

What are the hotel's TSA hours?
TSA Access Update - TSA has temporarily closed the checkpoint at the hotel. Travelers are still able to enter our hotel FROM Terminal 1 at C25, 24 hours per day.
How can I get to the airport if I have Checked Luggage?
We have our hotel shuttle that runs 24 hours, we pick up and drop off at Terminal 1 ground transportation every 20 minutes starting at the top of the hour. If you need a pick up or drop off from Terminal 2 you will need to call the hotel to schedule that. If you have carry-on luggage you can access the hotel thru the skyway, located near gate C25.
How many people does the shuttle able to hold?
Our shuttle is able to hold up to 10 people.
Is your Shuttle Wheelchair Accessible?
Our hotel shuttle is not wheelchair accessible, if you call the hotel and let us know you need a shuttle that is, we would be happy to set up a ride that would be.
Do you have meeting spaces available, if so how many people can they hold?
Yes we do, we have 30,000 square feet of meeting space. The space differentiates in sizes and can accommodate anywhere from 10 to 1200 people, depending on which space you choose.

Do you offer courtesy room blocks?
Courtesy blocks are available up to 10 rooms per night for the night prior and the night of the wedding

Discounted rates are available, rates vary depending on dates and availability
What is the cutoff date for guests to book their guestrooms?
The discounted rates are available to book up to 30 days prior to the arrival date
Do you offer a complimentary wedding suite?
A complimentary wedding suite will be offered on the night of your event should you book your reception at the hotel
Do you offer a complimentary tasting?
A complimentary tasting is offered for a contracted wedding as part of the planning process
Can I bring in my own wedding cake?
We allow wedding cakes from licensed vendors. We will cut and serve the cake to your guests in place of the dessert we would have offered at the same price
Is parking complimentary?
While there is a charge for parking in the ramp adjacent to the hotel, we can work with you to put together a discounted rate for guests attending your special event
How many guests can your event spaces accommodate?
Passport Ballroom can accommodate up to 550 guests for a seated dinner with a dance floor. Altitude can accommodate up to 120 guests for a seated dinner with a dance floor.
Do you have space for a rehearsal dinner or gift opening?
