We were treated with the best customer service from day one when we toured this venue. Katie was amazing from start to finish! Every question was answered, they took what we wanted and customized our spaces and timeline with ease, and the day went off without a hitch! As a manager-at-heart, I was able to step back and not worry about a thing. Katie had all of our décor put out, coordinated with our vendors, and provided amazing upgraded service to our parents and grandparents even. The venue is beautiful; we did our ceremony in the ballroom and reception in the Altitude Lounge, which was easy to transition between! Guests said the brunch food we served was the best food they had at a wedding, and the bartenders assured no one's glass was empty all day. I cannot describe it in any other way other than perfect.

From the moment we stepped into the rehearsal Friday Evening we were highly impressed, and deeply grateful, for the support, guidance and help that you provided on this special weekend. You were there, helping to facilitate, taking notes and lending your support to them as we walked through the rehearsal. You were there for the wedding to make certain that every detail was taken care of and to make sure it was perfect, and most importantly, you were there from the start, helping to make their dreams come true-which they did.
The rehearsal, the groom's dinner, the ceremony and the amazing brunch in the Altitude Lounge were unbelievable. We had so many family members and friends comment on the beautiful ceremony, the accommodations, the delicious brunch and the entire day. And then, at the end of this perfect day, we arrive back to our room only time find the most delicious sweet treats and a bottle of Riesling (our absolute favorite!). Thank you for making this day truly memorable and perfect. We are forever grateful!
